John Elvy inspects a pothole

Our Conservative controlled Herts Council have neglected the roads in Welham Green as is clear with the many potholes. But even when they do come and repair, they make a complete hash of it - this pothole in Knolles Crescent was filled in recently but within a day or two was as dangerous as ever. It's been reported again!
